Botaniq was launched in 2025 by the Spanish DJ and producer Dennis Cruz. Cruz is based in Madrid. The label operates as both a record imprint and an events series. Its concept centers on music and nature blending together, in both sound and setting. It is not confined to a single genre, giving Cruz an outlet for the range of styles he produces and plays. Botaniq is a separate outlet from MÜSE, the imprint Cruz runs with Eddy M. Its first release was the two-track Way Back EP.
