◢what we collect

• —your email address, and when you subscribed
• —whether you open issues and which links you click
• —your referral code, and who referred you, if anyone did
• —if you email yourself a label list: the artists and labels, bpm, original/remix and genre you picked, and the labels you ticked, so we can tell you about those labels later

that's it. no ad trackers, no reselling your address, no sharing with anyone outside running trax.house.

◢what's in your browser

• —no tracking cookies. the only one we set is the sign-in for our admin pages, and readers never get it.
• —the label finder keeps your last search and the labels you ticked in your browser's storage. it stays on your device, and we only see the labels if you email yourself the list.
• —the listen button loads spotify's player only when you press it. after that, spotify may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

◢why am I getting this // how to stop

you signed up and clicked a confirm link in your inbox — double opt-in, nobody gets added without doing that themselves.

every issue has an unsubscribe link at the bottom: open it, confirm, done. no login and no "are you sure" maze. most mail apps also show an unsubscribe button right in the inbox UI — that one is a single click.

not ready to leave entirely? ask for your manage link — "already subscribed? email me my link" on the trax.house home page. it lets you switch to a lighter weekly cadence, or pause until a date you pick.
