Southern Fried Records is an independent record label based in London and owned by Norman Cook, better known by his stage name Fatboy Slim. Cook founded the label in 1994 to release his and other artists' records that major labels would not consider commercial enough for mass release. It runs the sublabel Four Thumb Broadway, and its roster has featured Kurtis Mantronik alongside Cook himself, often under his Mighty Dub Katz pseudonym. The label has also released music by Armand Van Helden, The Black Ghosts, Crookers, and The 2 Bears, among others, and its family of artists includes Ewan McVicar, LOVEFOXY, SHEE, and Karma Kid.
