Load Diva (or Vital). Set oscillator ranges: Osc 1 and 2 at 8', Osc 3 at 4'. In Vital: two oscs at base pitch, one up an octave. Detune slightly by ear.
Set voice stacking to duo unison: two voices per note, total six voices, for a thick, wide chord spread.
Add heavy filter feedback (Diva's Feedback) or a saturator/distortion (Vital) to blur the sound into a pillowy texture.
Shape amp envelope: add a bit of attack to round transients, lower sustain, shorten decay, enable release.
Route LFO2 to filter cutoff. Sync LFO2 to 1/8 dotted, restart mode random, for a loose, breathing wobble.
Apply plate reverb: more wet, larger size, shorter decay, less damping, less diffusion, add pre-delay. Then a touch of delay, low-cut to taste.
