Ping‑pong the noise sweep, not the drop.
In Serum, use only the Noise Osc (white noise) + Bandpass filter and insert Delay set to Ping‑Pong. Modulate cutoff & noise pitch up with an envelope. Hard‑pan the noise via a 1/16‑synced LFO to Noise Pan at 100% amount. Automate the gap: the ping‑pong sweep turns silence into tension.
