Place a convolution reverb loaded with a guitar cab IR on a bass track, set 100% wet. Insert a high‑pass filter (200 Hz), then distortion. The IR hollows the sound by removing lows and highs; the filter trims remaining rumble, leaving distortion to add nasty harmonics for a razor‑edged tech‑house bass.
