Drag a full drum loop or break sample onto a new audio track below your main beat.
Insert EQ Eight, enable a high-pass filter, and sweep the frequency up until the kick and low-end are cleared from the loop.
In the clip’s warp controls, set Algorithm to Beats and set the Transient Envelope fully forward (preserves transients).
Check that warp markers sit on transients and align to the project grid — use the Quantize command or manually adjust so the loop plays in time.
Blend the loop’s volume under your main beat to add character without cluttering the low end.
