MAU P’S DRUM SPLITTER TRICK
Swap the sample, keep the groove.
Slice a full beat loop into a Drum Rack by transients (tune sensitivity to isolate kick, snare, hats). For each pad, right-click its sample and choose ‘Find Similar Samples’—Ableton 12’s similarity search swaps the copyrighted hit with a personal-library one, preserving the original swing and timing. The groove stays; the clearance headaches vanish.
