Don't hunt for one-shots — extract them from loops.

In Live, drop a drum loop, right-click and choose Slice to New MIDI Track (Built-in 16-pads). Solo the pad with the hit you want in the Drum Rack. Set another track's input to Resample, arm and record the hit. Then route that hit to trigger sidechain ducking on pads for Melodic House movement.
